> Location: Delmar, NY 12054 (Day-1 Onsite - Hybrid)

> TIme: 8 to 4.30 pm EST

> Job Description

> * 84+ months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams
> and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top
> of his/her field.
> * 84 months of business analyst experience
> * 84 months of experience leading elicitation sessions using variety
> of requirements gathering methods such as interviews, documentation
> analysis, surveys, site visits, business models with executives,
> managers, developers and subject matter experts.
> * 60 months of experience in creating process and value stream
> models to support the understanding of the "as-is" state and
> development of a "to-be" process.
> * 60 months of experience in evaluating business processes,
> anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and
> developing and implementing solutions.
> * 36 months experience in evaluating business processes and working
> with business users to gather requirements for Case Management
> application that supports a combination of human tasks and electronic
> workflow including case lifecycle, activities and tasks, storing
> related documentation, and managing stakeholder communication.
> * 60 months of experience in writing reports, preparing business
> cases, and presenting information to leadership and/or other
> stakeholders.
> * Business Analyst Certification is plus

> Day-to-Day Responsibility:
>
> * Documenting as-is business processes
> * Eliciting requirements from stakeholders
> * Facilitating stakeholder meetings to elicit feedback
> * Documenting to-be business processes
> * Documenting business requirements
> * Participating in JADD sessions
> * Gathering and analyzing data to justify the business need
> * Developing project business cases
> * Performing other general business analysis tasks as needed
